AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF PHOTOGRAPHS, Grace Hudson Museum - cont.



It is agreed that the undersigned shall meet the conditions stated in this contract. It is further understood that the copyright law of the United States (Title 17, U.S. Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material, and that the undersigned will abide by that law.

It is not my intention to publish or otherwise reproduce any of the materials listed on the reverse which are possibly subject to copyright without having first obtained written permission from (a) the copyright owner, his/her heirs, or assigns, and (b) the Grace Hudson Museum, City of Ukiah, California, owner of original materials.

Permission hereby is granted for ONE-TIME use of the photograph(s) listed on the reverse, provided the foregoing conditions are met. The Grace Hudson Museum, City of Ukiah, California, gives no exclusive rights to use materials from the collection of the Grace Hudson Museum and Sun House, assumes no responsibility for duplication of photographs, or for questions of copyright that may arise, or for claims by third parties.
